Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A:We are factory in Henan Province of China
Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally it is 3 to 5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 10-
20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. If u need in very large QTY, we can deliver in around 30 days.
Q:Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample, but it's extra and we do not pay the cost of freight.
But if you place an order, we will deduct the sample charge from the order.
Q:What is your terms of payment ?
A:Payment<1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. For customized one, u need to pay 30% before production.
